What an adventurous little rubber duckie!
The People ordered her to take a trip to the Blue Mountains and, as you can see, Ms Yellow obeyed. This is she looking out at the seemingly boundless National Park before her at Summit Point lookout.
There she was, pondering her insignificance in the great big universe when lo! a careless Someone knocks the fence and bang! she lands on a rock ledge outside the lookout perimeter.
Well, she thought she was a goner. We all thought she was a goner and Someone was already thinking about how she might have to rename her blog A Tribute To The Late Ms Yellow.
But to the rescue came a Longer-Limbed Someone (who was not permitted to jump the fence, not for even the prettiest duck) with a big stick. A few stretches later, Ms Yellow was pulled back to safety, feeling very undignified, with a few bruises to the ego, but grateful not to be spending her remaining days as the Mountains' newest tourist attraction.
Aside from this incident, she had a charming day, floating in little billabongs, white-water rafting down some gigantic rapids. Now Ms Yellow has earnt her title as Extreme Duck and she wears it with pride, people.

Apparently, Toronto has had more snow this winter than ever before. To the tune of 444cm. What is that, the white witch's number?Ms Yellow was, just quietly, FREAKING OUT about this charming piece of news - dropped on her while she was already coming to terms with NO MANGO PANCAKES at yum cha. But then she realised there is a really big plus to all that cold weather. Scarves! Tights! Hats! Oh my!
This is possibly the most beautiful creation I have ever seen.The sad thing is I found out about albino peacocks researching a milliner who uses their feathers in his creations. Don't pluck the bird, dude!

Well now, don't I just feel like a pretentitious twat? Here's me thinking I was being original by choosing Canada over the UK; turns out all that's original is that, by the looks of things, I may actually go through with it.
It might be one of the biggest cities in the world, but people still give a damn about their fellow man. Or they just like a challenge. Either one is endearing.

My name is Ms Yellow and I am a water-loving Aquarian with a sense of adventure and an ache to see the world. Also, I like pina coladas and getting caught in the... well, you get the picture.
In 11 weeks' time I am setting off on a journey to the Americas. This will be my first expedition beyond the bathtub and I am very much looking forward to seeing the sights. I hope you will follow along with me as I explore the great blue yonder.
